Parents & Sport

Canadian Sport for Life (CS4L) is about raising our kids with quality sport and physical activity - so more of them can have the choice to use their skills to enjoy being active for the rest of their lives or train to compete in the Olympics. Two cornerstones of CS4L are the concept of physical literacy and the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model. Through physical literacy children learn to move and LTAD continues skill development in the sport activities of their choice.
